We got to go to a fabulous horse show this summer. Our cousin Hope went to horse camp for a week and the culmination of her week was to show off all she had learned. It was awesome to watch her in all of her training. As we pulled onto the ranch we saw all the girls in the pasture catching and leading their horses to the stables to get them all suited up for the show. They began by grooming the horse, saddling the horse themselves, and then beautifing them. They used spray paint to paint the horses nails and decorate their sides. There were also ribbons and bows in the tails and manes. How fun.
